Lunar New Year
This project was inspired by the vibrant streets during lunar new years. I included a rabbit motif, creating a whimsical, vibrant, and magical feeling illustration.
Slime Shooters
Given the prompt, "Something slimy, something shiny, and something rough", I was able to come up with this illustration inspired by FPS games. I wanted to focus on textures and lighting, capturing the hard edges of the gun, and the soft edges of the slime.
courage and fear
An school assignment based off the prompt "courage and fear". I sketched many thumbnails, getting all my ideas out onto the page. The mermaid sketch stuck with me, so I decided to paint it.
Here is some of the process work for this illustration. It began with rough thumbnails, a final sketch, then rendering to get to final.
Animated Illustration
I wanted to play around with fun lighting and colors, while also testing my animation skills. I had a lot of fun determining how light would bounce off the character and other objects in the room.

Book Illustration
I explored some vibrant colors and textures for this children's book spread. I really enjoyed taking a more whimsical, colorful approach to my art.
Mural Illustration
As a volunteer, I helped come up with concept designs for a mural at a local school. I went from a rough sketch, to a finish sketch pasted onto the real location.
